About

I started in fitness and wellness 14 years ago in Boston in a corporate fitness center. Through moves and career progressions, I’ve helped 100s of clients, working to help as many people as possible acheive their goals, to become educated on their health, arming them with information and tips for their own success.

Goal

I’ve had websites in the past on niche topics, but this one blog will be all encompassing. Because honestly, life is messy, complicated, and wonderful! I have an amazing daughter, and exercise and wellness as a parent took on different challenges and goals then it did before. Mostly, my goal now is try to live as long as possible, to see my kid grow up, and teach her to lead a healthy life by example.

That’s it. My goal has been to do whatever I can through consistency, and with balance, to have my best quality of life, and be there for her, by not dying young.

Who this site is for

This website is for you, if you have kids or don’t have kids. Whatever your age, shape, or size; all are welcome for education, and hopefully you’ll find some inspiration, motivation, and encouragement for your own healthy and strong life.
